SMS Terms & Conditions

Program name: MS Kitchen Order Notifications. We send transactional text messages related to your order — order confirmations and payment reminders — and one-time verification codes (OTP) when you sign in. We also offer separate marketing and promotional messages (for example, an alert when a new ordering window opens), which we send only to customers who give separate consent, as described in the Marketing & Promotional Messages section below.

프로그램 이름: MS Kitchen Order Notifications. 당사는 주문 관련 거래성 문자(주문 확인, 결제 리마인더)와 로그인 시 일회용 인증번호(OTP)를 발송합니다. 이와 별도로, 마케팅·프로모션 문자(예: 새 주문 접수가 시작되면 보내는 오픈 알림)는 별도 동의를 하신 고객님께만 발송하며, 자세한 내용은 아래 '마케팅·프로모션 문자' 조항을 참고하세요.

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number during checkout at mskmenu.com, where a notice tells you that you will receive order-related text messages. There is no text keyword to join — consent is given when you provide your number to place an order.

mskmenu.com 결제 단계에서 휴대전화번호를 입력하시면, 주문 관련 문자를 수신하게 된다는 고지와 함께 수신에 동의하게 됩니다. 별도의 문자 키워드 가입 절차는 없으며, 주문을 위해 번호를 입력하시는 시점에 동의가 이루어집니다.

Message frequency varies; up to 4 messages per order.

메시지 빈도는 상황에 따라 다르며, 주문당 최대 4통까지 발송됩니다.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

이동통신사 및 요금제에 따라 문자 및 데이터 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving order notifications. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further order notifications. One-time verification codes are sent only when you actively request to sign in.

언제든지 수신을 거부하실 수 있습니다. 당사가 보낸 문자에 STOP으로 회신하시면 주문 알림 수신이 중단됩니다. STOP 회신 후에는 확인 문자 1통이 발송되며 이후 주문 알림은 발송되지 않습니다. 일회용 인증번호는 고객님이 직접 로그인을 요청하실 때만 발송됩니다.

Separately from the order messages above, MS Kitchen sends marketing and promotional text messages, such as an alert when a new ordering window opens. These are a separate program with separate consent. You opt in only by checking the marketing consent box on the ordering page at mskmenu.com. Placing an order does not opt you in, and you are never enrolled automatically.

위 주문 관련 문자와 별개로, MS Kitchen은 마케팅·프로모션 문자(예: 새 주문 접수가 시작되면 보내는 오픈 알림)를 발송합니다. 이는 별도 동의가 필요한 별도 프로그램입니다. mskmenu.com 주문 페이지의 마케팅 수신 동의 체크박스를 직접 선택하실 때만 가입됩니다. 주문을 하셨다고 해서 가입되지 않으며, 자동으로 등록되지도 않습니다.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can place orders and receive your transactional order messages without opting in to marketing messages.

마케팅 문자 수신 동의는 어떠한 상품·서비스 구매의 조건도 아닙니다. 마케팅 문자에 동의하지 않으셔도 주문하실 수 있으며, 거래성 주문 문자도 정상적으로 받으실 수 있습니다.

Message frequency varies; typically one message each week when a new ordering window opens, up to 8 marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

메시지 빈도는 상황에 따라 다르며, 보통 매주 새 주문 접수가 시작될 때 1통씩, 마케팅 문자는 월 8회 이내로 발송됩니다. 이동통신사 및 요금제에 따라 문자 및 데이터 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Reply STOP to any marketing message and we will send a single confirmation and stop sending marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at momnsonkitchen@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional order messages, which are controlled separately.

마케팅 문자는 언제든지 수신을 거부하실 수 있습니다. 마케팅 문자에 STOP으로 회신하시면 확인 문자 1통 후 마케팅 문자 발송이 중단됩니다. 도움이 필요하시면 HELP로 회신하시거나 momnsonkitchen@gmail.com으로 연락 주세요. 마케팅 문자 수신 거부는 거래성 주문 문자를 중단시키지 않으며, 두 문자는 각각 별도로 관리됩니다.
